Job Description

Embrish Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to promote our training programmes, connect with prospective students, and generate admissions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert enquiries into course registrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on course enquiries.
• Explain academy courses, fees, duration, certifications, and career opportunities.
• Generate leads and convert prospective students into admissions.
• Follow up with interested candidates through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain daily call records, lead details, and follow-up reports.
• Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
• Handle student queries professionally and build positive relationships.
• Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams.
• Update lead information and sales progress in Excel or the academy's CRM.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Fluency in Malayalam; basic English communication is preferred.
• Ability to handle sales calls and follow-ups confidently.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented approach.
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or educational counselling is an advantage.
