GSA Housekeeping

The GSA – Housekeeping is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience for all guests while upholding the hotel’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned public areas as per hotel standards
• Change bed linen, replenish amenities, towels, and guest supplies
• Ensure proper handling and usage of housekeeping equipment and chemicals
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately
• Follow lost and found procedures strictly
• Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping pantry and storage areas
• Adhere to hotel policies, SOPs, and safety \& hygiene standards
• Respond courteously to guest requests and complaints, escalating when required
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance for room status and guest requirements
• Maintain grooming, hygiene, and professional conduct at all times

Qualifications \& Experience

• Minimum education: 10th / 12th standard with Diploma in HM
• Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel/resort is an advantage
• Freshers can be considered
