About the Role

Nuance Aesthetics is looking for a friendly, organised Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage our front desk, assist patients and handle telephone and WhatsApp enquiries. The ideal candidate should communicate confidently and provide a welcoming, professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors and assist with registration.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors and clinic staff.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to WhatsApp enquiries promptly.
• Make outbound calls to people who have enquired about our services.
• Follow up on enquiries, appointment bookings, missed appointments and scheduled follow-up visits.
• Explain consultation charges, available services and offers using clinic-approved information.
• Refer medical questions to the appropriate doctor or clinical team.
• Maintain accurate patient records, enquiry details and follow-up status.
• Assist with billing, payment collection and receipts.
• Keep the reception area organised and maintain patient confidentiality.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• A polite telephone manner and confidence in making follow-up calls.
• Basic computer skills, including WhatsApp, email and data entry.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with a team.
• Previous experience in reception, customer service or telecalling is preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare or aesthetic clinic is an advantage.
