About this job
- Provide day-to-day operational support to Sales Associates regarding orders, billing, stock availability, dispatches, and delivery status.
- Respond promptly to queries from Sales Associates and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Follow up on pending orders, customer requirements, and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Stores, and Production teams to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain proper records of queries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Pay
- ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
