Floor Supervisor

A Floor Supervisor is responsible for managing the shop floor, helping staff, assisting customers, and making sure the shop runs smoothly.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Guide and manage sales staff and assign daily duties.
• Customer Service: Help customers choose clothes and make sure they are satisfied.
• Sales Monitoring: Check daily sales and motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
• Stock Management: Check stock availability and make sure clothes are properly arranged.
• Shop Display: Keep clothes neatly folded, arranged, and displayed.
• Shop Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and keep the shop floor organized.
• Billing Support: Help with billing and customer issues when needed.
• Staff Attendance: Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
• Stock Replenishment: Ensure shelves and racks are refilled when items are sold.
• Daily Reporting: Report daily sales, stock issues, and other problems to the store manager.

Pay
