Job Description

We are looking for a CNC Turning Operator with 0 to 3 years of experience to operator CNC turning machines and support daily production activities. Freshers with relevant ITI/Diploma qualification and basic CNC knowledge can also apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Turning machines safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload components as per production requirements.
• Follow engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Perform basic tool changes and tool offset corrections.
• Check component dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and Gauges.
• Monitor machining quality and identify dimensional variations.
• Maintain required production quantity and quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures, 5S and shop-floor discipline.
• Maintain cleanliness of the machine and work area.
• Report machine/tool-related issues to the supervisor.

Qualification

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Machinist, Production or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in CNC Turning operation.
• Freshers with basic CNC knowledge can also apply.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of CNC Turning operation.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments.
• Willingness to work 10-hour shifts.
• Good attendance incentive and Production incentive .
• Fanuc control knowledge will be an added advantage.
