About the Role

We are looking for an Jewellery Sales Executive with any retail Field . The ideal candidate should have excellent customer handling skills, a passion for jewellery sales, and the ability to convert walk-in customers into loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gold, diamond jewellery.
• Deliver an outstanding luxury shopping experience.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Handle billing coordination, order bookings, advance bookings, and customer follow-ups.
• Explain jewellery purity, BIS Hallmark, making charges, wastage, exchange, and buyback policies.
• Cross-sell matching jewellery collections and value-added products.
• Maintain showroom display standards and product presentation.
• Coordinate with inventory, cashier, and store operations.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 0-3 years of jewellery showroom sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
• English communication is an added advantage.
• Strong sales closing and customer relationship skills.
• Positive attitude with a professional appearance.
• Passion for achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work on weekends and festival seasons.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
