Job Description

We are looking for a customer-oriented and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, provide information about courses, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries.

• Provide information about available courses, training programs, and services.

• Follow up with prospective students and existing customers.

• Explain course details, fees, and enrollment procedures.

• Maintain customer records and update databases.

• Coordinate with the sales and academic teams to resolve customer queries.

• Assist students throughout the enrollment process.

• Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Any degree is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Customer service experience is an added advantage.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

• Fluency in Tamil and basic English is preferred.
