Customer Service Executive \& Assistant Branch Manager : Eligibility \& Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in gold loan operations with an NBFC or bank. Strong customer relationship management and communication skills. Ability to support branch operations, business development, and customer service. Good coordination, team management, and operational skills. Customer Service Executive : Eligibility \& Experience Candidates with experience in financial institutions are preferred. Freshers are also welcome to apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused approach with strong coordination and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn operational processes.
