The Sky Imperial Hotels & Resorts is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused professionals to join our Head Office team in Ahmedabad and help create seamless booking experiences for our guests. 📍 Job Location: Head Office, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 💼 What You’ll Do - Handle reservation inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online channels. - Coordinate room availability, rates, and booking confirmations with hotel properties. - Manage bookings from direct guests, OTAs, travel agents, and corporate clients. - Ensure accurate reservations, timely follow-ups, and excellent guest communication. - Support upselling and cross-selling to maximize room revenue. ✅ What We’re Looking For - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Knowledge of hotel reservations or hospitality operations is an advantage. - Familiarity with PMS, OTA platforms, and MS Excel is preferred. - Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply. 💰 Salary: As per experience and skills 🕒 Job Type: Full-time 📩 Ready to take the next step in your career?
