Purchase Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day purchasing of IT hardware, software, networking products, and accessories. Regularly call and coordinate with vendors, resellers, distributors, and OEMs. Negotiate prices, discounts, delivery timelines, and payment terms. Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and cost-effective procurement. Prepare purchase orders and follow up on order status, deliveries, and pending supplies. Maintain vendor databases, purchase records, and timely CRM updates. Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for purchase requirements, billing, and documentation. Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely procurement. Required Experience & Skills 1–3 years of hands-on experience in purchase, procurement, or vendor management. Experience in vendor calling, price negotiation, quotation comparison, and order follow-up is essential. Good knowledge of computers, MS Excel, email, and office applications. Familiarity with CRM software and purchase documentation. Knowledge of IT hardware, networking products, and software licensing will be an added advantage. Good communication skills, commercial awareness, and strong follow-up abilities. Must be comfortable making regular phone calls and independently coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
