Telecalling Executive

Job Responsibilities : We are hiring Telugu/Tamil/Malayalam speaking candidates for a Debt Recovery / Collection Voice Process. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue payments, and ensuring timely collections. - Handle customer calls to collect timely payment. - Communicate with customers professionally and provide appropriate information. - Follow the assigned process guidelines and maintain call quality. - Update customer information and call details in the system. - Meet process & performance requirements. Eligibility Criteria - Qualification: Any graduate. - Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. - Languages: Tamil/Malayalam/Telugu. - Good verbal communication skills in the required language. - Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn. - Candidates should be interested in working in a BPO environment. - DRA Certification is preferred.
