Key Responsibilities
Handle room reservations through phone, email, OTA, and walk-ins
Enter, update, and manage bookings in the hotel reservation system
Provide information on room types, rates, offers, and hotel facilities
Confirm bookings and send reservation details to guests
Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping for room availability
Process cancellations, modifications, and no-shows
Ensure correct billing details and guest preferences are recorded
Upsell rooms and packages to maximize revenue
Maintain reservation reports and daily booking records
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field
1–3 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office
Knowledge of hotel PMS (Opera, IDS, or similar systems)
Good communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work shifts and under pressure
