Fix Salary: 25000 to 30000 per month.

Job description

Coordinate sales team by managing deliveries and

communicating relevant information

Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales

support when requested

Store and sort financial and non-financial data in excel

format and present reports

Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and

timeliness

Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems

Follow up with customer for O/S, Payments, KYC, etc

Qualification & Skill sets

Graduate in any Discipline

2 to 5 years’ experience in sales coordination (Customer Relations)

Good communication skills and command over Spoken & Written English (Convent Educated).
