Key Responsibilities

Lead Calling

Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Student Counselling

Understand students’ educational backgrounds, career goals, and training requirements, and recommend suitable courses.

Course Explanation

Explain course modules, duration, fees, practical training, certifications, and placement assistance.

Admission Conversion

Follow up with interested students and parents to convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.

Office Counselling

Welcome walk-in enquiries and conduct one-to-one counselling sessions with students and parents.

Follow-Up Management

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and ensure no enquiry is missed.

Lead Management

Update student information, call records, follow-up dates, and admission status in Excel, Google Sheets, or the CRM.

Target Achievement

Work towards monthly counselling, admission, and revenue targets.

Student Relationship Management: Build trust with students and parents by addressing queries and providing accurate information.

Reporting

Submit daily call reports, follow-up updates, walk-in details, and admission reports to management.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with students and parents.

Confidence in handling telephone enquiries and face-to-face counselling.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email.

Ability to handle objections and convert interested prospects into admissions.

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and organised.

Good follow-up, negotiation, and time-management skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or undergraduate candidates with relevant experience may apply.

1–7 years of experience in admission counselling, educational sales, telecalling, B2C sales, or EdTech is preferred.

Experience in digital marketing institutes, coaching centres, or skill-development programmes will be an advantage.

Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also be considered.
