Job Description

Katyayani Organics is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the position of Export Intern at our Bhopal office. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain practical experience in international business, export operations, and global customer management.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with international clients through emails, calls, and online meetings.
• Prepare quotations and assist with order processing.
• Support export documentation and shipment coordination.
• Maintain client databases and follow up with overseas customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Support international market research and business development activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates with B.Sc. Agriculture, M.Sc. Agriculture, or MBA/PGDM in Agri-Business Management (ABM) are eligible to apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication is preferred.
• Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM).

Work Schedule

Candidates must be comfortable working the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, six days a week, to coordinate with international clients.
