We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payment Collection \& Data Management Executive to manage payment follow-ups, coordinate with customers to resolve payment disputes, and maintain accurate company records using MS Excel and business software.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers/parties regarding outstanding payments and overdue invoices.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve payment discrepancies and collection-related issues.
• Maintain payment follow-up records, collection status, outstanding reports, and payment commitments.
• Perform daily data entry, data verification, and record maintenance in Excel and company software/ERP.
• Prepare, update, and maintain Excel trackers, MIS reports, and other business records.
• Ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and proper documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to collect missing information and maintain updated records.

Required Skills

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, sorting/filtering, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, and report formatting.
• Strong data-entry accuracy, typing skills, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills for payment follow-ups.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other business software is preferred.
• Experience in MIS, data management, accounts receivable, payment collection, or back-office operations will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a relevant discipline preferred.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable handling both payment follow-ups and regular data-management activities.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
