Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities: Contact customers through outbound calls for loan repayment and overdue payment follow-ups. Remind customers about pending EMIs and outstanding dues. Follow up with overdue customers and encourage timely repayments. Handle customer queries related to loan repayment and collection. Maintain daily calling reports and update collection status in the system. Achieve daily and monthly collection targets. Eligibility Criteria: Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Debt Collection / Loan Recovery Calling. Language: Kannada language proficiency is mandatory. Good communication and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge is required. Candidates should be target-oriented and have good customer-handling skills.
