Accounts Executive — US Bookkeeping & QuickBooks (Night Shift) About us We specialise in moving clients from legacy systems (Sage, Acumatica, Intacct, Xero, AccountEdge, BusinessWorks, QuickBooks Desktop) to QuickBooks Online and Enterprise, and in running their books, payroll and reconciliations afterwards. Our delivery team works from India on US hours. The role You will work directly on live US client files under the guidance of our senior team: Day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop/Enterprise — bills, invoices, payments, journal entries, bank feeds Bank, credit-card and merchant-settlement reconciliations (Shopify, Amazon, PayPal, Square and similar) against source statements Data conversion work: preparing lists and transactions for import, checking imported batches, tying out trial balance, AR/AP ageing and balance sheet to the source system to the cent Month-end close support, variance checks, and preparing client-ready P&L and balance sheet Payroll processing support (Patriot / QuickBooks Payroll) and 1099 tracking Maintaining an open-items register and raising anything that does not tie out, rather than carrying it forward What we need B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent, with 1–4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience Strong grasp of double-entry, reconciliations and accruals; comfortable with large transaction volumes Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online or Desktop is a strong advantage; experience with Sage, Xero or Zoho also useful Confident in Excel (lookups, pivots, cleaning data for import) Clear written English — you will read and occasionally draft client-facing emails Attention to detail and the honesty to flag a mistake early Note: Please do not apply if you are not comfortable working night shifts on a permanent basis.
