Ensure the validity and availability of company registrations, certifications, financial statements, experience credentials, and statutory documents.

Handle pre-bid queries, corrigenda, technical clarifications, negotiations, and revised submissions.

C. Tender Tracking & Order Finalisation

Follow up on submitted tenders, technical evaluations, financial bid openings, negotiations, and award decisions.

Coordinate with clients and procurement authorities for clarifications, approvals, work orders, purchase orders, and contract finalisation.

Maintain records of tenders submitted, won, lost, cancelled, and pending evaluation.

Analyse reasons for unsuccessful bids and recommend corrective measures to improve the win ratio.

Build a pipeline of upcoming opportunities and provide regular updates to senior management.
