Coordinate with service technicians and allocate daily tasks, ensuring timely completion.
Handle call logging, service scheduling, and customer follow-ups.
Generate invoices, prepare billing annexures, and follow up on payments.
Contact customers for counter readings and support billing, collection, and service teams.
Prepare quotations, purchase orders, work orders, and client license documents.
Maintain stock records, service reports, and project updates.
Coordinate material delivery and ensure timely project completion.
Schedule client appointments and monitor service quality.
