Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Junior Executive to support customer relationship management, maintain accurate customer and campaign data, and assist with CRM operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a basic understanding of CRM tools, and the ability to manage data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update customer, client, and lead information in the CRM system.

Assist in managing customer databases, records, and sales pipelines.

Track and follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer interactions.

Support the team in preparing CRM reports, dashboards, and performance updates.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation.

Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams for timely updates.

Assist in sending follow-up emails and maintaining communication records.

Identify duplicate or incomplete records and ensure the CRM database remains organized.

Help monitor lead status, conversion progress, and customer engagement.

Perform other CRM-related administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

0–2 years of experience in CRM, sales coordination, data management, or operations.

Basic knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

A willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Freshers with relevant skills and a willingness to learn may apply.

Candidates with experience in maintaining databases, updating leads, or preparing reports will be preferred.

Candidates interested in CRM operations, sales support, and digital marketing will be an advantage.
