Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

Handle customer inquiries through chat, email, and other digital channels.

Query Resolution

Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer questions and concerns.

Complaint Handling

Resolve customer complaints professionally in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Product Information

Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and related processes.

Escalation Management

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or the relevant departments.

Multitasking

Manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously while maintaining response quality.

Customer Satisfaction

Ensure a positive customer experience through professional and effective communication.

Documentation

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, queries, and resolutions.

Process Compliance

Follow established service guidelines, quality standards, and communication protocols.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification

Any graduate.

Experience

0–5 years of relevant experience in chat support, email support, or non-voice processes.

Communication Skills

Strong written English communication and comprehension skills.

Customer Handling

Ability to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

Technical Skills

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital communication tools.

Multitasking Ability

Ability to handle multiple chats efficiently and work in a target-driven environment.
