Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support \& Retention Executive to handle customer queries, maintain relationships, and improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage service renewals.
• Handle customer concerns and minimize cancellations.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain customer records and follow-up reports.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and spreadsheets.
• Prior experience in customer support or retention is an advantage.
