Service Team Leader – Maintenance

Qualification

Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience

5-6 years in service and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead service technicians and manage site operations.

• Handle installation, preventive maintenance, breakdowns, and troubleshooting.

• Ensure timely service delivery, customer satisfaction, and safety compliance.

• Coordinate with customers and prepare service reports.

Technical Skills Required

• Knowledge of overhead cranes, EOT cranes, hoists,

• Troubleshooting of electrical panels, motors, brakes, contactors, and limit switches.

• Understanding of VFDs, PLCs, control circuits, and wiring diagrams.

• Knowledge of mechanical components, gearboxes, bearings, couplings, and wire ropes.

• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings and diagnose faults.
