About the Role

Afecto Homeopathy is looking for confident and result-oriented Telecallers / Telesales Executives to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for speaking with patients, handling enquiries, following up with potential patients and converting enquiries into appointments and visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients and enquiry leads.
• Handle incoming calls and patient enquiries professionally.
• Explain our consultation process and services to patients.
• Follow up with patients who have shown interest but have not yet booked or visited.
• Convert enquiries into appointments and clinic visits.
• Maintain proper follow-up with interested patients.
• Update call details, follow-ups and outcomes in the required system/sheet.
• Handle patient queries and provide accurate information.
• Coordinate with the respective clinic/reception team regarding appointments.
• Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Maintain professional and polite communication with every patient.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with patients over the phone.
• Good convincing and follow-up skills.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service or healthcare calling will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
