• Position: Executive / Sr. Executive-Logistics
• Department: Logistics, Supply Chain \& Dispatch

• Experience Required: 4 to 7 Years
• Salary / CTC: ₹4.00 – 5.00 LPA (commensurate with experience)
• Education: Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics or equivalent

Role Summary

We are looking for a young, dynamic and seasoned Logistics Professional with hands-on experience in manufacturing plant dispatch, freight management, and road transportation.

The role entails entire planning of dispatches, managing transporters, optimizing logistics costs, and ensuring safe, on-time delivery (OTD) of industrial goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily/weekly dispatch schedules in line with production output and customer delivery deadlines.
• Facilitate negotiation, and indenting commercial vehicles (trailers, open trucks, containers, LCVs) via fleet owners and logistics agencies.
• Track shipments end-to-end and troubleshoot road transit bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery.

Documentation \& Statutory Compliance

• Co-ordinate with Stores \& Accounts Department for dispatch documents: Tax Invoices, Delivery Challans, Packing Lists, Lorry Receipts (LR), and GST E-Way Bills etc.
• Ensure compliance with Motor Vehicle rules, load-carrying norms, transit insurance claims, and regional border guidelines.

Transporter Management \& Cost Control

• Facilitate the Negotiations for freight charges, verifying transporter freight bills against agreed rate contracts, and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Track and minimize vehicle turnaround times (TAT), loading delays, and detention charges.

Inbound \& Material Handling Oversight

• Co-ordinate the receipt of raw material consignments and plant returns.
• Handle transit-related shortage, breakage, or damage reports in coordination with QA and finance teams.

Qualifications \& Competencies

• 4–7 years of on-ground logistics and transportation experience within a manufacturing unit.
• Comprehensive hands-on experience in GST E-Way Bill generation, ERP dispatch systems and MS Excel.
• Established network and negotiation skills with regional and national transporters.
• Strong problem-solving skills under tight delivery schedules.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
