Field Service Engineer

FIELD DESKTOP ENGINEER – JOB DESCRIPTION Company: M Intergraph Systems Pvt. Ltd. Job Overview M Intergraph Systems Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Field Desktop Engineer with strong hands-on hardware experience. The candidate will provide on-site technical support, installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops and laptops. Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues such as RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, SMPS, etc. Install and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices. Provide on-site technical support to clients/users. Troubleshoot Windows OS, software, drivers, and basic networking issues. Perform hardware replacement, upgrades, and preventive maintenance. Maintain proper records of service requests, repairs, and equipment. Coordinate with the technical team to resolve complex issues. Required Skills & Experience 1–3 years of experience as a Desktop Support / Hardware Engineer / Field Engineer. Strong hands-on experience in computer hardware troubleshooting is mandatory. Good knowledge of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals. Basic knowledge of Windows OS and networking. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel to client locations within Bangalore. Candidates with strong field support and hardware troubleshooting experience will be preferred
