Customer Service & Documentation Executive – Freight Forwarding (Back Office)

Location: Kochi, Kerala
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities: Preparing and verifying shipping documents (Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, invoices, delivery orders), handling customer correspondence, managing quotations, and coordinating shipment deliveries.

Requirements: Practical knowledge of shipping documentation and freight forwarding procedures (minimum 3 years of experience preferred).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
