Accounts Executive

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage customer outstanding, payment follow-ups, credit verification, reconciliation and receivables reporting for the Textile Division. The role requires close coordination with Sales, Marketing, Finance and customers to ensure timely collection and accurate accounting of receivables.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update the Daily Sales Register from SAP.

Conduct credit check and credit block analysis for orders before delivery.

Verify remittances, invoices and Trip Sale documentation.

Monitor customer outstanding and update outstanding reports on a daily basis.

Verify bank statements and update customer payments and cleared cheques.

Track and follow up on returned/bounced cheques and coordinate with the concerned Sales and Marketing teams.

Prepare and share customer account statements based on the financial year.

Prepare Textile Division scheme calculation details.

Prepare Sales Return Reports for Textile and Bag Divisions.

Prepare daily overdue outstanding reports and district-wise collection reports for management review.

Verify online payments received through CCAvenue and ensure proper reconciliation.

Provide timely overdue outstanding reports

Prepare age-wise outstanding reports for monthly review meetings.

Handle customer calls and queries relating to payments, invoices, outstanding balances and account statements.

Coordinate collection of Debit Notes from customers against corresponding Credit Notes.

Coordinate with Marketing/Sales Executives to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

Maintain accurate records and provide timely MIS and receivables reports to management.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Accounts Receivable / Outstanding Management

Experience in payment collection and follow-up

Knowledge of bank reconciliation and payment verification

Experience with SAP

Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting

Strong analytical and reconciliation skills

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Ability to coordinate effectively with Sales, Marketing and Finance teams

Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities

Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Experience

Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Collection or Outstanding Management

Experience in the Textile / Manufacturing / FMCG / Trading industry will be an added advantage.
