Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations, maintain cleanliness, and assist employees with routine administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and basic organization of the office.

Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and other basic office tasks.

Deliver and collect documents, letters, and parcels as required.

Assist staff with general administrative and office-related work.

Purchase and arrange office supplies when required.

Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are clean and ready for use.

Handle other duties assigned by the management.

Have to drive car sometimes

Requirements

Minimum 10th or 12th standard preferred.

Previous office boy/helper experience is an advantage, but freshers can also apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Honest, punctual, and responsible.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Basic knowledge of handling office equipment such as printers and photocopiers is preferred.

Knows driving car

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
