Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Supervise sales staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
• Achieve sales targets and drive showroom revenue growth.
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and budget.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor jewellery stock, inventory records, and stock reconciliation.
• Ensure proper handling, display, and security of jewellery items.
• Manage billing, payments, exchanges, and customer inquiries.
• Train staff on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and grooming standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Implement promotional activities and showroom sales strategies.
• Prepare daily sales reports and inventory updates for management.
• Ensure compliance with showroom policies and security procedures.

Required Skills

• Experience in jewellery retail or showroom management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Knowledge of gold, diamond, and other jewellery products.
• Sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and billing systems.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and time management.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
