Telecaller — Sales, Client Management & Collections

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and communicative Telecaller Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls for order placement, coordinate with clients on payment and delivery follow-ups, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to take and confirm customer orders
• Coordinate with clients and vendors for timely order follow-ups and confirmations
• Follow up with parties for regular payment reminders and collections
• Share product catalogs and promotional material with customers via WhatsApp
• Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and payment statuses
• Address customer queries and complaints related to orders, payments, and products

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; a graduate degree is preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or coordination roles
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
• Basic knowledge of computer, MS Office, and WhatsApp for catalog sharing and record-keeping
• Candidates who have worked in a distributor firm strongly preferred

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
