Job Title: Purchase \& Store Executive

- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable as per experience)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily purchase and store activities for the hotel and restaurant.
- Coordinate with suppliers for rates, quality, and timely delivery.
- Check received materials and maintain proper stock records.
- Manage inventory of food items, beverages, housekeeping, and general supplies.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Verify purchase bills, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Conduct regular stock verification and control wastage.
Requirements
- Graduate or relevant qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel or restaurant purchasing and stores.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.
- Good negotiation, coordination, and communication
