The Team Leader will be responsible for team productivity, performance monitoring, employee development, and day-to-day operations. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve assigned targets. Allocate daily tasks and ensure timely completion of work. Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs. Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback. Coach and train team members to improve their skills and productivity. Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions. Handle team-related issues and resolve conflicts professionally. Maintain quality and compliance standards. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Maintain team discipline, attendance, and work schedules. Recognize high performers and encourage a positive team environment. Required SkillsStrong leadership and team-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to motivate and coach team members. Target-oriented and performance-driven approach. Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate degree in any relevant field. 2–5 years of relevant experience , preferably with prior team-handling responsibility.
