Accountant Cum MIS Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, vendor payments, invoicing, and statutory compliance. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and accounting software. Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records. Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase bills, and credit notes. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and client payment follow-ups. Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation. Maintain petty cash records and employee expense statements. Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance documentation. Prepare monthly financial statements and expense reports. Verify vendor bills, purchase orders, and supporting documents. Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients and vendors. Assist in monthly closing, audit preparation, and documentation. Maintain accurate records of employee advances and reimbursements. Required SkillsGood knowledge of accounting principles and GST/TDS. Working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel. Knowledge of bank reconciliation and ledger management. Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills. Good communication and follow-up skills. Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
