Job Title: Jr. Technical Support Executive
Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
Experience: Fresher – 6 Months
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

Troubleshoot basic software, hardware, and IT-related issues.

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.

Identify issues, resolve them within timelines, and escalate complex problems.

Maintain issue logs, prepare reports, and follow up with customers.

Assist with system installation, configuration, and remote support.

Requirements

BCA, B.Sc. IT, BA, or a related qualification.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of computers, software, and troubleshooting.

Quick learner with a customer-focused attitude.
