Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Coordinator to manage order fulfillment, shipping, packing, and supply chain coordination. The ideal candidate should have experience working in an online business ecosystem and coordinating with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Check and process customer orders.

Coordinate order fulfilment, packing, and shipping.

Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate with suppliers regarding order status and stock availability.

Manage day-to-day supply chain activities.

Maintain order records and update delivery status.

Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Experience in order processing, fulfilment, logistics, or supply chain coordination preferred.

Basic understanding of online business or e-commerce operations.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.

Ability to manage orders and follow up with suppliers.
