Key Responsibilities
Manage daily call center operations and achieve sales and productivity targets.
Handle team performance, agent productivity, and call quality.
Manage dialer operations, campaign setup, lead allocation, and dialer reports.
Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, connect rate, AHT, and call quality.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.
Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with Training and Quality teams.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in call center operations, preferably in life insurance.
Strong knowledge of life insurance products, telesales, and dialer management.
Good leadership, Excel, MIS reporting, and analytical skills.
