Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to handle offline sales, develop new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to increase offline sales.

Identify and approach new retailers, distributors, and business partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Conduct market visits to generate leads and explore new sales opportunities.

Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in offline or field sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.

Willingness to travel within Mumbai for client meetings and market visits.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Compensation

Fixed Salary

₹20,000–₹30,000 per month.

Additional commission based on sales performance.
