About this job
As a Telecaller at Dynamic Explorers, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in MS-Excel, Digital Marketing, Internet, and proficiency in both spoken English and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products and services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with customers in MS-Excel for future reference and analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns to drive customer engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating in both English and Hindi to address any inquiries or concerns.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve our services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team to contribute to the overall growth and success of Dynamic Explorers.
