Job Responsibilities

Contact customers through calls and other approved communication channels regarding pending loan payments.

Follow up with customers for timely repayment and overdue collections.

Explain outstanding amounts, payment due dates, and available repayment options to customers.

Maintain regular follow-ups with assigned customers and ensure collection targets are achieved.

Handle customer queries and payment-related concerns professionally.

Update collection status, customer responses, payment commitments, and follow-up details in the CRM.

Maintain accurate records of daily collection activities and customer interactions.

Follow up on PTP (Promise to Pay) commitments and ensure payments are received as committed.

Coordinate with the Collection Manager/Team Leader regarding difficult or high-risk cases.

Identify cases requiring escalation and report them to the concerned senior.

Ensure all collection activities are conducted professionally and in accordance with company policies.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills.

Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle customers professionally.

Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets.

Good Hindi communication skills; basic English communication will be an advantage.

Previous experience in loan collection, tele-calling, recovery, fintech, NBFC, or financial services will be preferred.

PTP conversion and PTP follow-up.

Overdue account resolution.

Customer follow-up efficiency.

CRM/data accuracy.

Daily productivity and call performance.
