Tele Caller Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from dealership enquiries, digital leads, referrals, and authorized customer databases.

• Attend inbound customer calls and respond to basic enquiries regarding vehicles, offers, and dealership services.

• Explain basic information, ongoing offers, exchange schemes, and promotional activities.

• Share qualified leads and customer requirements with the sales/service team for further follow-up.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, follow-up dates, and lead status in the CRM or calling system.

• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, customer connect rates, qualified leads, and appointments.

• Handle customer questions professionally and escalate complex queries to the concerned manager.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Confident telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.

• Polite, and persuasive communication style.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM systems.

• Good listening, follow-up, and time-management skills.

• Ability to understand customer needs and identify genuine sales prospects.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduates are preferred.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, BPO, or automobile sales support will be an advantage.

• Candidates should be comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer enquiries.

• Candidates must be willing to work in a full-time, office-based dealership environment.
