Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily purchasing activities and procurement processes.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up on material delivery and maintain inventory records.
- Coordinate with the stores, production, and accounts departments.
- Maintain purchase documentation and supplier records.
- Required Skills
- Negotiation, vendor management, communication, and basic MS Excel knowledge.
