Job Summary

Goldstone Hospitality is seeking courteous, energetic, and service-oriented Food \& Beverage Attendants to join the team at SOMARA, a premium restaurant and restro-bar. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service, maintaining service standards, and ensuring a smooth and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist them with seating and dining requirements.
• Present menus, explain dishes and beverages, and answer guest queries.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages professionally, following established service standards.
• Set up tables and maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure timely order delivery.
• Check guest satisfaction and respond courteously to requests.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate complaints to the supervisor when necessary.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and personal grooming standards.
• Assist with table clearing, resetting, and preparation for the next service.
• Support special events, celebrations, and peak-hour operations.
• Follow company SOPs and maintain professional conduct at all times.

Eligibility \& Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in food and beverage service; freshers may apply.
• Experience in hotels, premium restaurants, cafés, or bars is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and a guest-first attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food service etiquette and table setup.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
