Guide a team of telesales agents to reach daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Train and Coach: Teach new skills, run role-playing sessions, and help agents improve their pitch.
Track Performance: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like call volume, conversion rates, and total sales.
Create Sales Plans: Build effective calling strategies, scripts, and rebuttals for the team.
Manage CRM: Keep customer records, pipelines, and sales data updated using software.
Handle Escalations: Solve tough customer complaints or complex issues that agents cannot fix.
Report Results: Present data and sales progress reports to senior management.
