- Track Performance
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like call volume, conversion rates, and total sales.
- Create Sales Plans
- Build effective calling strategies, scripts, and rebuttals for the team.
- Manage CRM
- Keep customer records, pipelines, and sales data updated using software.
- Handle Escalations
- Solve tough customer complaints or complex issues that agents cannot fix.
- Report Results
- Present data and sales progress reports to senior management.
