- US Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM
- Working Days
- Monday to Friday
What You’ll Do
Handle customer queries through voice and chat support, based on project requirements.
Provide customer support — No Sales / No Upselling
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries
Maintain quality and professionalism in customer interactions
Update customer records accurately
What We’re Looking For
Good Communication & Written skils in English ( Mandatory )
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Good typing speed
Comfortable working night shifts
