Tele Caller Executive

Make outbound calls to existing, inactive, and prospective subscribers.

Explain subscription plans, offers, renewal schemes, and circulation services.

Follow up with customers for subscription renewals and pending payments.

Handle customer complaints and circulation-related queries professionally.

Coordinate with the distribution/circulation team to resolve delivery issues.

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, subscriptions, renewals, and follow-ups.

Generate leads and convert prospects into subscribers.

Conduct customer feedback calls to understand satisfaction and service issues.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and subscription targets.

Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, conversions, renewals, and complaints.

Ensure timely follow-up with customers and maintain good customer relationships.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
