Handle L1 and L2 support tickets and escalations

Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues

Provide remote desktop support

Follow ITIL processes and document solutions

0+ years of technical support experience (freshers welcome)

Good troubleshooting and communication skills

ITIL Foundation is a plus
